Behavioral Health RN/LPN

Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is an 18-bed inpatient, free standing Adult Psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating anxiety, major depression, mood disturbances, psychosis, and other mental health illnesses.
As an RN/LPN you are responsible for providing professional nursing care to person(s) receiving services in a supportive and therapeutic environment within the scope of their professional license. Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of person(s) receiving services, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records, and educate person(s) receiving services and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions.
What you will need:
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited school of Nursing.
Training:
• Licensed and registered to practice as a Nurse in Missouri
• CPR and CPI certificate within 30 days of hire
Preferred Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.

The Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach will operate a “state of the industry” treatment facility that provides specialized treatment services designed to continually improve in quality and cost effectiveness. Patient care services will be provided by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals utilizing current, research-based, Best Practice protocols designed to achieve maximum therapeutic benefit for each patient entrusted to its care.
Inpatient Acute Care at Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is designed to meet needs of individuals in crisis. The mission of our facility is to provide quality services that consistently meet and exceed the expectations of patients, families, referral sources, payers, and partners. Inpatient services are offered for individuals 18 and older who meet inpatient criteria.
