Position: Bakery Manager Location: Lake Ozark, MO
About Us: The Bread Bowl is a renowned bakery dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and consistency in every product we create. We provide artisan breads, rolls etc. to Lake of the Ozarks restaurants and businesses. We are seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Hands on position working with bakery equipment creating artisan breads, rolls etc.
- Shift 3am to 12pm
- Raises based on performance
- Starting Pay 20-22 an hour depending on experience
- Uphold quality standards and consistency in all baked goods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial kitchen required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for quality and attention to detail.
