General Laborer — Lakeview Steel Decking
Full-Time | $15-$25 an hour

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

*This role includes a 3-week probationary evaluation period. Workers will be assessed on attendance, work ethic, skill development, safety, and ability to follow direction. Successful completion of this period may result in continued full-time employment, at which point pay may be adjusted upon successful completion of the evaluation.
Lakeview Steel Decking is looking for reliable General Laborers to join our team. Our crew builds high-end steel-framed and composite decks throughout the Lake of the Ozarks. This role supports all aspects of deck construction, including steel framing installation, composite decking, railing, job site preparation, and material handling.
Opportunity for growth and increased pay after probation based on performance & skill range from $15-25/hr
- Job Responsibilities
Assist with steel framing and composite deck installation
Carry tools and materials over long distances and uneven ground
Load and unload heavy materials
Safely work at heights, including on ladders and with harness requirements
Use basic hand tools and power tools
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Follow directions from lead installers and project managers
- Job Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs)
Ability to work at elevated heights
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
No smoking on job sites
