Eldon Tire & Brakes is looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. We are a busy, locally owned shop with a strong reputation for quality service and honest work. 🔧 Position: Service Advisor – Tires & Maintenance
Pay: $20.00 – $25/hour
(plus performance-based commission opportunities)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)
Location: Eldon, MO
✅ Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills
-
Sales, service advisor, or automotive experience
- Ability to recommend services ethically based on customer needs

Basic automotive knowledge (tires, brakes, alignments, maintenance)

Organized, dependable, and professional

Valid driver’s license
🔧 Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

Previous service advisor or tire industry experience
-
Familiarity with shop management or POS systems.
