F&J Disposal, LLC is a locally owned transfer station and roll-off service located in Laurie, Missouri. We are a small, team-oriented operation focused on providing reliable waste services to our community. We are currently seeking a dependable CDL Utility Operator to support our daily operations.
This is a hands-on position where roll-off truck driving is the primary responsibility, with additional support in other operational areas when needed. Because we are a small team, the ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Class B roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment
- Assist with wheel loader operation at the transfer station when needed
- Help maintain trucks, equipment, and the facility in safe working condition
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep
- Maintain clear communication regarding container deliveries and pickups
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Occasionally assist with general office support during slower operational periods
Pay Rate: $19-$25 depending on experience
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card required prior to start date and must be maintained
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary
