Location: Ozark Waste Transfer Facility
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate hire
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team at Ozark Waste Transfer Facility. This role is essential to keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring customers move through the site safely and quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with unloading trash and debris
- Help direct traffic and keep the flow of vehicles moving efficiently
- Operate equipment such as a wheel loader
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support day-to-day operations of the transfer station
- Work as part of a team to keep the site safe and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Prior equipment experience required (wheel loader or similar)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
- Team player with a positive attitude
