Dream Home Construction is looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our team. We build high-quality homes and expect the same level of pride and professionalism from our crew.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can show up, think ahead, and get the job done without constant direction.
Responsibilities:
Perform framing, trim, and general carpentry work
Read plans and execute tasks correctly
Work efficiently and maintain job site cleanliness
Communicate with team members and stay on schedule
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Proven carpentry experience
Ability to work independently without hand-holding
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
