✅ Home Set Up / Carpentry and Interior Finish Team — $20–$30 / hour to start depending on skills, experience and leadership ability and the potential for a pay increase at 90-days.

ABOUT US
Three Stone Homes is one of Missouri’s largest manufactured and modular home dealer, with locations in Harrisonville and Rogersville—and now expanding to Lake of the Ozarks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role supports the installation and completion of manufactured and modular homes. Based on your experience, you’ll focus on one (or more) of these areas:
Home Set Up / Installation
- Positioning homes, structural assembly, roofing, siding, exterior builds
- Assistance with land prep
Finish Construction
- Drywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, final interior details
You’ll also:
- Work safely and efficiently
- Support your crew and other trades
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Help deliver high-quality finished homes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Construction experience (trade-specific skills) – experience is required!
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow direction and adapt
- Mechanical aptitude and tool experience
- Pride in doing quality work
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clear background check & drug screening
- Willingness to travel occasionally (per diem provided)
