Bust’Em Boatworks is growing and looking for dependable, motivated people to join our team.
We manufacture custom duck boat blinds that ship nationwide and represent leading brands including Havoc Boats, Excel Boats, Suzuki Outboards, Freedom Outboards, and Mud Buddy Mud Motors.
Responsibilities
- Welding and fabrication
- Assembly of custom boat blinds and components
- General shop work
- Working with hand and power tools
- Assisting with rigging and installation projects
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
