Job Description: Warehouse Associate / Packer / Part Time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (up to 40 hours consistently during summer months)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and self motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Approximately 30 hours per week
Up to 40 hours per week during peak summer season
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with moderate physical activity. Fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere. Packing room is air conditioned.
