Ozark Waste Services is a locally owned, family-operated company looking for someone who isn’t just searching for their next job. We’d rather find someone who’s looking for a place to call home. Our routes are expanding and we need to add to our team.
This is a full-time position driving residential trash routes. All of our routes are local, so you’ll be home every night. We offer some flexibility in scheduling when possible. Some of our drivers choose to start around 3:00 a.m. and finish around noon, while others prefer to start closer to 7:00 a.m. and finish around 4:00 p.m. We do our best to work with our drivers’ schedules while also providing the reliable, consistent service our customers count on each week.
We don’t work weekends or major holidays, so when you’re off, you’re off.
This is an active job. You’ll be getting in and out of the truck more than 200 times a day, so you need to be in good physical condition and enjoy staying busy. Our truck depot is located at our transfer station which is conveniently located between Lake Ozark and Eldon, directly off Highway 54.
***A valid CDL with air brake endorsement is required.***
After one year of employment, you’ll receive one week of paid vacation. There are also opportunities to earn additional income through community events and special pickups when they’re available.
