Key Responsibilities
RV Cleaning & Detailing
● Interior Cleaning: Deep clean the interior of RVs, including floors, countertops, windows, appliances, bathrooms, and
upholstery.
● Exterior Washing: Wash, wax, and polish RV exteriors to maintain a showroom-quality finish.
● Deep Cleaning: Ensure all units meet dealership presentation standards by thoroughly cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
Preparation & Finishing
● Pre-Delivery Prep: Ensure sold units are spotless and customer-ready before pickup.
● New & Used Unit Conditioning: Restore used RVs to the best possible condition and prepare new arrivals for display.
● Sealants & Treatments: Apply protective coatings, tire treatments, and interior/exterior finishes as needed.
Facility Cleaning & Maintenance
● Showroom & Office Cleaning: Keep all dealership facilities clean, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
● Restroom Maintenance: Regularly clean and stock restrooms to ensure a sanitary environment for employees and
customers.
● Trash & Waste Removal: Empty trash cans, dispose of waste properly, and maintain cleanliness around the dealership.
● Common Area Upkeep: Keep customer lounges, service areas, and high-traffic zones neat and welcoming.
Lot & Inventory Support
● Unit Staging: Assist in moving and positioning units for display, service, and customer delivery.
● Accessory Installation: Help with minor accessory placements such as decals, stickers, and protective coverings.
● Supply Management: Maintain cleaning products, tools, and equipment in an organized and stocked condition.
Teamwork & Safety
● Work Cross-Departmentally: Collaborate with sales, service, and lot teams to ensure units and facilities are cleaned on
schedule.
● Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
● Assist as Needed: Be flexible and ready to support other dealership operations when required.
