Industrial Mechanical Technician I - Pay Starting @ $22/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect assemblies for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments and make adjustments to ensure proper fit and function

• Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify that parts conform to specified tolerances.

• Perform complex mechanical assembly and system integration Act as subject matter expert for mechanical systems and processes.

• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or product defects, making necessary adjustments to components or processes to resolve them.

• Lead training programs and skill development.

• Delegate work and coordinate technician resources.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support basic business KPI understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Work Experience

• High school diploma or GED.

• 5+ years experience in mechanical assembly
