Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join Marine Concepts Team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in various locations.

Responsibilities:

– Install, relocate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Customers track systems and boat covers.

– Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues with installation Equipment including vehicles, Tools, and others.

– Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

– Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their boat track system cover and hardware.

– Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions

– Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Boating Safety Certification Card (operate work Pontoon)

– High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred

– Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role

– Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

– Familiarity with maintenance practices and procedures

– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

– Ability to analyze problems and find logical solutions
