Licensed Insurance Professional - Personal lines CSR

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive sales and help shape the future of our personal lines portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients
• Provide expert guidance on auto, home, renters, and other personal insurance products
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored solutions
• Drive retention and cross-sell opportunities
• Process policy changes, handle billing inquiries, and support claims
• Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay up to date on product offerings
• Contribute to sales strategies and agency growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance (preferably 2+ years)
• Current Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset and leadership potential
• Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus
