• Certifications & Licenses: Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Class E driver and MO boater’s license

Carpenters

The Carpente position will be responsible for executing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform frame carpentry, including the installation of walls, doors, siding, and windows.
• Ability to use aluminum break to bend metal.
• Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and joints for improved aesthetics and insulation.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and laborers to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Willing to travel.

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with frame carpentry, including the installation of walls, doors, siding, and windows.
• Familiarity with aluminum break to bend metal.
• Familiarity with caulking techniques to seal gaps and joints for improved aesthetics and insulation.
• Must have own transportation, good work ethics, personal hand tools, and be self-motivated. We are busy all year long.
• Must be able to work outside and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work effectively on a construction site while adhering to safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
• Pay is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
