Position Overview
Lake of the Ozarks’ Personal Home Management company is hiring! We are seeking a part-time employee to help us better serve the growing number of homeowners we work with. We are looking for an exceptional service-oriented individual who is a self-motivated problem solver. This employee will be conducting routine home watch visits, concierge services, and property maintenance tasks for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Participate in training necessary to provide all services
o Complete tasks based on the schedule provided and work with management, homeowners and contractors to schedule services accordingly
o Meet with Contractors, communicate and troubleshoot issues effectively to all parties. Effectively report on work performed.
o Maintenance tasks include a variety of routine jobs associated with the upkeep of a residential home
o Cleaning of exterior spaces including decks, pool areas, docks, entryways, furniture, and other spaces.
o Communicate with Personal Home Manager regarding the condition of the
homeowners’ unoccupied home
o Use authorized company tools and systems to perform work as assigned
o Track job-related mileage and expenses
o Make purchases and turn in receipts (company card provided)
o All other assigned duties
Skills and Requirements
o Exercise confidentiality with all Homeowner information
o Genuinely care for Homeowners and their family
o Show a sense of urgency when a home is open to risk
o Lift up to 50lbs, adequate vision and hearing
o Able to stand and walk unassisted
o Think proactively about the needs of the entire household
o Cannot be afraid to get dirty
o Always maintain a professional appearance, wearing provided attire.
o Must have a strong working knowledge of an iPhone, use email and smart phone apps
o Familiar with home maintenance tasks
o Follow detailed, multi-step directions
o Coordinate multiple requests simultaneously
o Have great written and verbal communication skills
o Be agile as changes to schedule are warranted
o Juggle multiple appointments daily and weekly
o Must be able to pass a background check
o Must be comfortable working alone
o Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
o Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
o Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
o Highly responsive and reliable with a strong attention to detail

Work Environment and Physical Demands
o There is frequent travel between worksites and this person will need their own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
o Work outside in cold and hot weather
o Walk steep inclines / declines
o Work inside homes and outside of homes – including on docks
o Housekeeping and maintenance duties
o Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
o Reach overhead and below the waist
o Occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
o Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
o Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist without assistance
