2 Bedroom / 2 Bath House in Sunrise Beach for Winter Rental
This is an 8/9 month off season lease. This is a Vacation Rental Cabin. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Please don’t ask if we can make an exception for your pet because we can not. The house is fully furnished with full kitchen, full laundry, etc. You will need to bring your own sheets & towels / blankets. Everything else is provided as a vacation rental for short term lease. The house will be ready anytime after Labor Day. You will need to be all out no later than MAY 15th, 2023 as we need the time to get it ready for vacation rentals. It will be ready any time after Labor Day. We can offer a boat slip if needed. The lease payment is inclusive of water, electric and internet. $1250. per month. You will need first, last and security. Last month’s payment will be applied toward your April lease payment, and security will be refunded at the end, less cleaning and any damage. We can prorate first month payment based on your actual move in date.
