Job Description:
Immediate opening for an Accounting Team Member. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Group Billings and Statements
- Accounts Receivable (Primarily Group Related)
- Process payments from Groups, Guests including Marina Guests
- Count and maintain safe balances.
- Assist as needed for the Controller, other departments and special events.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Detail oriented and great organizational skills a must.
Personal Presentation:
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain exemplary attendance habits and work ethic
- Maintain calm demeanor in emergency and stressful situations
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills are required.

Experience:
- 2-3 years Accounting related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Familiarity with Accounting software is a plus.
