Job Description:

The AM Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure. The AM Line Cook will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety guidelines, and assisting with inventory and ordering as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to recipes and customer orders
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is of high quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and equipment
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
  • Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
