City of Camdenton Aquatic Facility is seeking an Assistant Manager. Duties include but not limited to overall safety of the facility for patrons and staff, supervise, evaluate and schedule department personnel, inspect, maintain and operate pool equipment, purchase supplies for concession and facility. Must be in good physical health, understand and execute verbal and written instructions, work cooperatively and effectively with general public, supervisors, subordinates and other employees, possess good communication and public relations skills, possess organizational skills necessary to plan schedule, and supervise facility, qualified as a lifeguard under the American Red Cross lifeguard protection program. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
