Bust’Em Boatworks is looking for a dependable, motivated Assembler/Fabricator to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and have a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom duck boat blinds and components
- Fabricate parts using shop tools and equipment
- Read and follow measurements and assembly instructions
- Ensure products meet our quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Fabrication or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
