Butcher/Meat Cutter
*Experienced* Meat Cutter Needed
- At least 2 years of butcher/meat cutting experience
- Full time, Part time or Consulting basis would be considered based on the number of hours desired
- Would be responsible for:
- cutting primals
- keeping the meat cases stocked and presentable
- using a slicer to cut deli meat
- keeping the store and meat cutting areas clean
- working closely with owners to adjust pricing of meat as needed
