Join our team as a CDL Driver at Decks and Docks Company, where you will play a pivotal role in the success of our rapidly expanding company. This full-time position offers stability and provides a platform for career advancement. As a CDL Driver, you will be a vital part of our transportation team, responsible for safely and efficiently operating commercial vehicles. Your core skills in driving and commercial driving will ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods. Your relevant experience in delivery driving, forklift operation, and route driving will be valuable in executing daily transportation tasks.

Responsibilities

-Seeking to add a new CDL Driver to our team who will be delivering marine lumber and related supplies.

-Safely transporting lumber and building materials to customer job sites or company facilities.

-Limited loading and unloading assistance are needed from time to time.

-Securing loads for transit.

-Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

-Following all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) safety policies and procedures.

-Customer Connection: Engage with our valued customers daily, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

-Team Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere as a vital team player, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Qualifications

-Must have a clean Class A CDL.

-No restrictions.

-Must have forklift experience.

-Moffett experience preferred.

-Must have a positive attitude.

-Must be a physically fit individual.

-Must be able to pass drug and alcohol tests.

-Lumber/building supply experience is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
