The City of Camdenton is looking for a motivated, community-minded leader to oversee our Community Center and Aquatics programs! If you’re passionate about recreation, enjoy working with people, and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead community center + aquatics operations
• Supervise staff and coordinate programs
• Ensure safety, quality, and great customer service
• Plan events and manage facility activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required unless documented extensive experience in Community Center/Aquatics management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills a must. Ability to work with subordinate staff and the public. Flexible hours depending on programming.
The City of Camdenton offers excellent benefits plus paid vacation, sick, and paid holidays. Position also includes LAGERS retirement. City pays employees premiums for health insurance and retirement. Salary commensurate with experience. Position will be open until filled. EOE
