Construction Laborer (General Labor)

We are looking for a full-time General Construction Laborer. Excellent pay with bonuses and opportunity to advance working on high end custom home builds and developments.

Duties and responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Assisting more experienced tradesmen with construction tasks
• Cleaning and preparing jobsites
• Remove various types of construction materials and debris into on site dumpsters
• Sweep and /or mop interiors of new construction
• Power washing and blowing finished flat work areas, streets and garages
• Will be asked to perform other duties and /or tasks not listed above as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but not required
– Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
– Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
– Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
– Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
– Reliable transportation to and from job sites
