Construction Executive Assistant
Thomas Construction is a general contractor who specializes in commercial and residential construction. We are looking to fill the position of an experienced executive assistant to support our team with clerical and administrative tasks. Applicant must have good interpersonal skills when collaborating with other team members, subcontractors, vendors, and others. This position requires intelligence, organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive outlook.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a support role or administrative capacity.
- General construction knowledge or construction office experience is preferred.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willingness to learn additional software.
- Demonstrate time management and be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with the team, subcontractors, and vendors.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning and faxing documents.
- Maintaining and tracking information on estimates and general administrative support for all new and existing projects.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers through phone and email, providing qualified bidders in each trade.
- Provide general support for the Estimating Department.
- Maintain project files, documents, and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project proposals, bids, and contracts.

Wages and Benefits will be based on Experience.
