CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER-OFFICE MANAGER

Professional sales company in business since 1993 has just moved our corporate office from the STL area to the Lake.   Our corporate office will be based in Osage Beach.   At this time our Customer Service Manager and Office Manager will not be transferring to this location so we need to fill these positions.

TOTALToys, Inc. has Sales Managers in (14) states and has (5) locations.   The Customer Service Manager duties are to manage and service each of the Sales Managers and their customers.   TOTALToys, Inc. uses a sales system called Markettime and is based deeply on Excel and Publisher.   The Customer Service Manager and Office Manager must be extremely competent on Excel and Publisher and must be a fun, friendly and professional manager able to run reports and assist our employees and our customers.

This position is for 32-40 hours per week and has benefits including paid vacation, sick days and other benefits.   Schedule may be flexible but the main hours of work required are 9 AM-4 PM Monday-Friday.

 

This is an office setting and customers are not present but business casual is the dress code.   This is a non-smoking property.
