Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cut, and fry donut dough following restaurant recipes and specific visual/size specifications.
- Ensure all donuts are prepared to the highest quality standards, including perfect texture, color, and taste.
- Perform general cleaning and organizing tasks during and after food production to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Measure ingredients and follow recipes accurately, ensuring consistency in each batch.
- Operate kitchen tools and appliances, including fryers, mixers, and cutting tools.
- Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a food safety training certificate.
- Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have direct and clear communication, including a reliable way to reach you.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently on your feet.
- General knowledge of reading recipes, measuring ingredients, and using kitchen tools and appliances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
