Focus: Regional Class Management, Community Expansion, and Safety Product Launches Compensation: $17/hr (W-2) |Status: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday morning classes. 

The Mission

Swift Safety is expanding its nationwide footprint, and we are looking for an Enrollment & Logistics Coordinator to be the “Engine” of our regional growth. While our leadership focuses on the strategic vision, you will be the Builder on the Ground. You will also be the strategic resource manager, responsible for building a proprietary network that ensures long-term operational margin and stability. You aren’t just an employee; you are the operational pulse that turns “Safety Deserts” into thriving, life-saving community hubs. We provide the map; you provide the momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Venue Acquisition: Proactively use phone and communication skills to identify and secure new community class locations, partnerships, and training opportunities across the region.
  • Venue and Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure new training locations and community class opportunities throughout the nation. This includes actively seeking cost-effective venue agreements, utilizing effective phone and communication skills to establish successful, direct, long-term partnerships.
  • Direct Pipeline Development: Systematically develop, track, and manage a robust database of direct venue contacts and partnership agreements that operate outside of third-party scheduling portals.
  • New Initiatives Objectives: Coordinate the regional launch and supply of AEDs and other safety equipment, including managing vendor relations and client fulfillment.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the scheduling process for Swift clients, vendors, and community classes, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking system.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and maintain proficiency in social media accounts and execute low-level marketing strategies to promote classes and the “Swift Safety Institute Community.”
  • Class Instruction: Travel occasionally within the region to conduct training sessions, upholding the company’s standards for student experience and compliance.
  • Operations Support: Engage in consistent communication (phone, email) with community partners, instructors, and clients to ensure all logistical requirements are met.
  • Client Follow-up & Policy Communication: Conduct proactive post-class outreach to clients to gauge satisfaction with the class and scheduling experience, and clearly communicate the client’s sole responsibility for setting and managing their recertification reminders.

Technical Baseline 

  • System Mastery: You are a “Digital Native.” You must be proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel. You are comfortable managing, filtering, and troubleshooting large datasets to ensure Data Integrity.
  • CRM & Portal Management: Ability to quickly master internal CRM systems and efficiently manage data migration/transition from proprietary scheduling portals (ARC) to Swift’s internal systems. You are the type of person who finds “The Shortcut” to operational independence.
  • Communication & Creative Tech: Proficiency in Zoom/Teams and Slack/Project Management tools. Basic knowledge of Canva and native social media platforms (IG/FB) for low-level content creation.
  • Hardware: Comfortable troubleshooting basic classroom tech (AED trainers, projectors, digital sign-ins).
  • Self-Sufficiency: When a technical hurdle arises, your first instinct is to troubleshoot and solve it, not wait for direction.

Requirements & Schedule

  • Certification: Must maintain an active Instructor-level certification (Training provided).
  • Teaching Commitment: Willingness to teach a minimum of 4 classes per month.
  • Travel: Required to travel locally and regionally to conduct classes and secure partnerships.
  • Work Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with a requirement for one to two Saturday mornings per month.

  • Community Site Expansion: Number of new community sites launched/maintained monthly.
  • Class Fill Rate: Average student “fill rate” for community sessions.
  • Booking System Utilization: Percentage of community classes scheduled directly through Swift’s internal booking system (vs. third-party portals).
  • Net Profit Margin (Refined): Net profit margin per community class, with a specific focus on achieving year-over-year reduction in cost-to-venue.
  • Post-Class Client Engagement & Satisfaction Rate (CES): Percentage of community class clients who receive a post-class satisfaction and policy clarification follow-up within 7 days of class completion, along with the average client satisfaction score (CSAT) recorded from those engagements.

Policy Clarity & Documentation Rate: Percentage of post-class follow-ups in which the client’s acknowledgement of their sole responsibility for recertification reminders is successfully documented/noted in the internal CRM system.
