Flooring Sales & Design Specialist
Lake Flooring and Finishes is looking for someone with a great eye for design to join our growing showroom team at the Lake of the Ozarks!
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, helping customers make decisions, and creating beautiful spaces.
What you’ll do:
Greet customers into our showroom
Help clients select flooring, tile, and finishes for their homes
Assist with design decisions and product recommendations
Provide a welcoming high-end customer experience
Work closely with our team on orders and project details
Put together flooring estimates
What we are looking for:
Strong people skills and positive attitude
An eye for design (flooring, tile, colors, finishes)
Reliable and self-motivated
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday
Sales or Customer service is a plus
