Job Description
We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Floral Designer to join our team. This role involves a mix of floral design, customer service, and shop support. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about flowers and design.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, holidays, daily orders, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, assisting customers with orders and recommendations
- Process sales transactions and manage front desk operations
- Deliver floral arrangements to customers and events as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including flower care and general upkeep
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Requirements:
- Experience in floral design or a strong interest in learning
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for deliveries
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
