Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. Duties

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide support in office management tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally, resolving issues as needed.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative functions, ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in calendar management and office organization techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic computer software applications is essential.
