My company is Lake Property Managment. We have 46 long term units within 5 different complexes. And 25 vacation rental units. All locations around the lake mainly Osage Beach including Laurie, Sunrise Beach, Lake Ozark, & Rocky Mount.
Looking for knowledgeable maintenance person to work on units. Some renovations, basic Maintenace calls, some lawn care, vacation rental calls for immediate response to guests, somewhat technology savvy to do emails and use software, show properties, and deal with tenant and guests. Need to own basic to some extensive tools.
We have vendors so we do not expect expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.
Starting pay slightly above minimum wage with opportunity to raise as owners see progress.
Hours are very flexible.
Looking for employee – not a business. We are insured.
