Maintenance – Homeowners Association
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of our Homeowners Association community.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining building entryways and common areas
- Emptying trash and recycling containers
- Replacing light bulbs in common areas
- Basic grounds upkeep (litter removal, light landscaping, etc.)
- Monitoring property for cleanliness and safety concerns
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Basic maintenance skills preferred
- Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail

Full-time
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on experience and skill level
