Qualifications are as follows:

• Reliable transportation & valid drivers license 
• Good physical health
  • lift up to 100 lbs. on a consistent basis
  • lift steel beams & tools overhead 
  • walk short/long distances and climb stairs/ladders with up to 100 lbs.
• Ability, willingness & curiosity to learn new skills and follow instruction
  • experience using drills, hammers, saws, tape measures and other power tools
  • willingness to follow any and all instruction in a safe and timely manner
  • take instruction from Project Managers, Supervisors, and team leads 
• Ability to work with and as a team alongside others
• Professional work ethics, communication and appearance
