Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and home automation/motorization. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. Willing to train the right candidate and can work with a flexible schedule. Working with your own tools is a plus, but tools can be provided. Work vehicle is provided.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience or knowledge not required
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Willingness to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor)
– Flexible schedule for evening or weekend work available, but not required
