We’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing fornt and back of the house team
- Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues with professionalism
- Manage scheduling, labor and team performance
- Maintain quality, cleanliness and service standards
- Jump in wherever needed – this is a lead from the front role.
What We’re looking for:
- Proven restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm, organized and solution-focused under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High standards for service, food quality, and guest experience
- Ability for nights, weekends and holidays
