Listing / Marketing Coordinator
Osage Beach, MO | In-Person PositionAre you creative, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced real estate team at Lake of the Ozarks? Weโre looking for a Listing / Marketing Coordinator to help us keep our listings polished, our marketing strong, and our team moving forward.
This is a key role on our team and a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, social media, organization, and real estate.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ:
Input and manage listings in the MLS
Maintain listing paperwork and files
Create and schedule social media content
Assist with internet advertising and promotions
Design direct mail pieces and marketing materials
Help present the best image for our clients, agents, and brand
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
Experience with Google Workspace
Knowledge of Canva
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-minded
Able to assist with customer/prospect communication as needed

MondayโFriday | 9:00 AM โ 5:00 PM37.5 hours/week
