Maintenance Engineer

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of our equipment and facilities. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment, swimming pools and facilities
– Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
– Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing issues
– Collaborate with other team members to develop preventive maintenance plans
– Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
– Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
– Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
– Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
– Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Customer service-oriented mindset
