Maintenance / Grounds Keeper (Seasonal) – Homeowners Association

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance/Grounds Keeper to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of our Homeowners Association community. This is a seasonal position, running from early May through September with the possibility to extend to year round. Perfect opportunity for someone wanting extra money over summer break. 

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining building entryways and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas
• Basic grounds upkeep (litter removal, light landscaping, etc.)
• Monitoring property for cleanliness and safety concerns
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Basic maintenance skills preferred
• Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
• Attention to detail

Schedule:
Full time 730am to 4pm
