Position Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and driven Marketing & Office Manager to oversee both our marketing efforts and daily administrative operations. This unique role combines creativity and organization to support our sales team, promote our brand, and keep our dealership running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Create engaging and effective promotional content, including graphics, copywriting, and multimedia for marketing campaigns

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events (e.g., boat shows, open houses, customer appreciation events)

  • Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Office Management Duties

  • Serve as the primary Sales Coordinator, supporting the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and customer communication

  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth flow of office procedures

  • Act as a central point of communication between departments, staff, and customers

  • Assist with inventory tracking, basic bookkeeping, and supply management as needed


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, helpful, office administration, or a related field (preferably both, helpful)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, social media scheduling tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

  • Event planning or coordination experience is a plus

Pay:

  • 40k-75k annually depending on experience
