Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marine engines and systems. You’ll work in a fast, high-performing environment where your expertise is valued.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of marine engines and systems
- Perform routine maintenance services including tune-ups, oil changes, drive services, impellers, etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
- Complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marine mechanic/technician experience
- Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools preferred
- Certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo Penta, etc.) are a plus
- Valid driver’s license
