Formula Boats of Missouri is actively seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join our service team at Lake of the Ozarks. If you are a skilled mechanic who takes pride in diagnosing problems, working efficiently, and producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.
Our operation services a high volume of boats in one of the busiest boating markets in the country. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of vessels and marine systems.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and related systems
Perform routine maintenance including tune-ups, oil changes, winterization, and system inspections
Install and service marine components and accessories
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel systems
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintain organized work areas and accurate service documentation
Qualifications
Marine technician or mechanical experience required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Experience with inboard, outboard, or sterndrive engines preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
