Job description

Swift Safety Institute is a growing nationwide CPR and Safety Training company passionate about saving lives and supporting our community. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Office Assistant who can help keep our operations running smoothly. This position offers a fun, fast-paced environment where every day makes a difference.

We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a detail-oriented role and can multitask effectively. In this part-time, in-office position, you’ll be responsible for managing scheduling tasks, maintaining accurate data, organizing class logistics, supporting vendor relationships, managing light social media duties, answering phone calls and light sales, and helping to keep our workspace clean and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1-1 with our instructors and manage training logistics
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our vendors and partners
  • Enter data accurately into internal systems
  • Sort, review, and organize digital and paper files
  • Monitor and update social media posts (light marketing tasks)
  • Sales and 1-1 relationship building with the network we have established
  • Community location research & scheduling locations
  • Use dual monitors to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently
  • Assist with general office cleanliness and organization (light housekeeping)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • A self-starter who takes initiative without being micromanaged
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable using dual monitors and various software tools
  • Friendly, outgoing, and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Able to manage data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Make light sales calls as needed
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and dependable
  • Able to work in-office five days per week

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time: Approx. 20–32 hours per week
  • Off Season: December–March (reduced hours due to lower CPR class demand)
  • Peak Season: April–November (more hours available)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
