Safety Institute was founded in 2017, we are the largest National Strategic Partner for the American Red Cross, and we are in the CPR Instructional & Safety business that spans across the nation. As a Customer Service Rep, you will help customers while they shop, answers questions, and assists in daily store operations. In this role, you serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an important role in the store’s overall success. In this role, you serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an important role in the store’s overall success. you’ll be at the forefront of the process, taking care of our customers and assisting them at every step of their journey. You’ll maintain high product knowledge to answer customers’ questions and direct them to the right products or services. You’ll also help keep the store in order by restocking items and tidying up as necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers into the store using a friendly, polite tone.
  • Ask relevant questions to help direct customers to the right products.
  • Assist customers by responding to their inquiries and providing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Inform customers about current product or service promotions.
  • Keep the store floor and reception area tidy and well-organized.
  • Ensure accurate product tag and label pricing, and ordering merchandise when necessary.
  • Understand and monitor optimal inventory levels, restocking products when needed and where available.
  • Process customer payments and issue receipts using QBO, maintaining service standards and following all privacy regulations.
  • Researching products as necessary to add services/products to the store
  • Attending community events to promote our brand
  • work directly with our instructors to find new locations for them to teach

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.87 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
