That is the top thing every single one of our service technicians likes about their job. A close second is taking out wasp nests. Other things they also love are: having a flexible schedule, nights and weekends off, paid holidays and vacations, and working at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
We are looking for career minded, laidback, self-motivated individuals to join our team for a career in a recession proof industry. The need is real and beyond seasonal. Spiders don’t care what the economy is doing, they like to sunbathe at the lake just as much as the home owners.
This position will allow you to work independently to give your customers the peace of mind they deserve. Qualified candidates must be tidy, organized, detail oriented and have good verbal communication in order to be able to provide excellent customer service.
Accurate Pest Management is always looking for team members that share our core values of leadership, honesty, respect, success, and drive. A few of your responsibilities and qualifications are:
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Treating for pests, inspecting and communicating conditions that lead to pest activity
Be comfortable working with insect and rodent pests in a variety of conditions and confined spaces
Building and maintaining good customer relations
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
Possess a valid driving license with a record that meets company standards
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Show a stable work history
Work independently and in teams
Satisfactorily complete initial technical training
Ability to read and understand product labels in English
Pass a pre-employment drug screen, job physical, and criminal background check
