We’re Hiring: Property Management Technician.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties and boats.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
- Keep properties/boats clean, functional, and owner ready.
- Communicate clearly on status of projects.
- Take ownership of your work and represent the company well
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance, construction, marine, lawn care, landscaping or a related field
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, boats and general property maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
