Property Manager Laborer
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of hard work and takes pride in a job well done.
This is a hands-on position working across a variety of properties. No two days are the same.
If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn, we can teach the rest.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with general property maintenance and repairs
- Lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor work
- Power washing, cleanup, and property prep
- Help with light construction and additional projects
- Support the team wherever needed

- Reliable—shows up and gets the job done
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Able to lift, work outdoors, and stay active
- Valid drivers License
