Menda Gilbert is the Broker/Owner and has been selling real estate for 24+ years. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and knowledge of the Lake. Role Description This is a full-time role located in Osage Beach, MO for a Real Estate Agent at NextHome Lake Living . Primary agents or teams Welcome! The Real Estate Agent will specialize in assisting Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate Needs.The Real Estate Agent also provides clients with informative and honest feedback about the local real estate market, and assists them in making informed decisions on buying or selling properties. Qualifications
- A valid real estate license
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Experience and understanding of real estate contracts and paperwork
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and driven for success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times
